USA swimming dominance is amazing.

Humbling watching the work rate of this Indiana swimmer.

I am humbled by the poise and confidence that has been demonstrated by Katie in these Olympics.  Even as reporters have tried to pull her into the doping drama for the other athletes, she has taken the high ground and let her swimming do the talking.

Katie Ledecky's unstoppable run in Rio continued with an Olympic record-breaking showing in the women's 800-meter freestyle heats Thursday. sbnation.comShe simply wiped out the rest of the competition with a time of 8:12.86, which is now the lowest in Olympic history. If only we in America could learn to handle ourselves in the manner that she has shown, perhaps there is hope.  I hope to be a plumber that can carry myself in a honorable manner and treat my customers with this same class....kuddos to your Katie...now swim on!
